Richard Heroux
Mr. Heroux is an experienced, award-winning executive IT manager, with strong leadership and management skills, who has been responsible for the deployment of some of the country’s latest technological advances since the late 1980s. He specializes in IT modernizations, electronic disclosure solutions, development methodologies, program management, business transformations, open systems engineering, and planning and implementing large scale, nationwide information systems with complex requirements for diverse stakeholders with diverging needs and wants on time and on budget. Mr. Heroux also has over 13 years of graduate and undergraduate university teaching experience in all phases of IT, such as database theory, project management, operating system theory, algorithmic design, object oriented design, artificial intelligence, and coding in several languages. Mr. Heroux won the prestigious CIO Magazine’s Enterprise Value Award for his work on the EDGAR modernization and is a Computerworld Honors Laureate. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Strayer University. He has written for technical publications.
